Currently-September

Hello September!  I can't believe that a new school year is upon us.  The beginning of the year jitters have definitely started.  As a distraction to the jitters, I am linking up with Farley, from Oh' Boy 4th Grade, to celebrate my currently.
What are you Currently...?

  1. Getting enough sleep is the thing that always gets me. It's hard being a night owl - morning always comes way too soon!

    1. Suzanne,

I couldn't agree with you more. I have such a hard time winding down after a long day with my students.

  2. I am looking for some new shows to watch. I don't have regular television, just Netflix. After 20 years of teaching I still get nervous on the first day back! Good luck in your new school year!

    1. Hi Corinna,

We don't have regular cable either. Netflix is my go-to! I definitely recommend Revenge if you like suspenseful shows.

    1. Jessica,

It is crazy how the intent is there, but the time is not! Best of luck to you as well!

  4. I agree with your exercise at least 4 times a week. I need to find time and balance in my schedule to do this too. Since school has started back up, I have been such a slacker in that area. Thanks for sharing!

    1. Hi Jamie,

I feel like I make sleep and exercise my goals every school year. Yet, lack of time and pure exhaustion always seem to kick in. I am hopeful that I can stick to them this year. I hope that you can find the time, too!

  5. You and I are definitely one with this one. I spent all of yesterday prepping meals for the week after doing the dreaded grocery store trip. I am with you on that it is just so hard to go!
Happy fall! I am envious of your cool mornings!
